Job Summary:

The Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling calls, coordinating visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments
  • Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor badges
  • Handle courier, postal, and dispatch activities
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness
  • Manage front desk area and ensure a clean, professional environment
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination
  • Handle basic office administration tasks
  • Support internal communication and coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Preferred Languages:

    Telugu, English, Hindi

  • Preferred Candidate:

    Immediate joiner

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Corporate or office reception experience
  • Pharma or corporate background candidates preferred
