Position Overview:

The Front Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role combines administrative, communication, and organizational skills to support the institute's mission of providing exceptional guidance and services.Key Responsibilities:

• Reception and Client Interaction:
• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Address inquiries regarding courses, programs, and consultancy services.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and accurately.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update student records and client databases.
• Coordinate schedules for counseling sessions, classes, and meetings.
• Oversee the upkeep of the reception area to ensure a professional environment.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the front office, academic staff, and management.
• Distribute information and updates regarding admissions, deadlines, and events.
• Assist in event planning and execution for seminars, workshops, or recruitment drives.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Handle inquiries about university tie-ups, course structures, and career opportunities.
• Support the marketing team by sharing promotional materials and updates.
• Ensure all visitors and clients receive accurate and updated information.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build positive relationships with students and parents to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Address grievances or escalate issues to the appropriate department.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 0-3 years in front office, customer service, or administration (preferably in education or EdTech).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools or student management systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a dynamic environment.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Approachable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
