Role Overview

Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring exceptional first impressions.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly with courtesy and accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and room allocations through the PMS (Property Management System).
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to enhance personalized service.
• Uphold hotel standards in grooming, etiquette, and guest engagement.
• Promote hotel services, experiences, and local attractions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations (luxury or boutique hotel experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software.
• Presentable grooming and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
