Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front Office Associate based on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls, and overseeing the check-in process for guests. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with guests and staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Check-in processes
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts
