Role Overview: As a front office associate, your main responsibility will be to manage the front desk, greet guests, and serve as the initial point of contact for the company. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, answer phones, and address guest inquiries. Additionally, you will be expected to perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing guest requests or complaints. - Managing reservations, scheduling appointments, and updating calendars. - Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling mail and packages. - Performing clerical duties like data entry, filing, and managing visitor logs. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring smooth overall operations. - Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for clients or guests. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Problem-solving skills for handling difficult situations. - Proficiency with administrative software (like Microsoft Office) and specific front desk systems. - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. - Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional Details: The job types available for this position include Permanent, Fresher, and Internship. The contract length is 6 months.
