Job Description

In this role as a Female Front Office Associate, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional guest service at the reception area of the hotel. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest queries with professionalism and courtesy. By executing your duties effectively, you will contribute to creating a positive first impression of the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. - Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. - Maintain guest records and ensure accurate entry of information in the hotel system. - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner. - Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs. - Address and resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate to the manager when needed. - Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming. - Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures. - Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred). - Proven experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software. - Good grooming and a professional appearance. - Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guests politely. - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
