Job Description

ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and professional Female Front Office Associate to join our 5-star resort team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in/check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
Respond to guest queries and provide accurate resort information
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation
Handle billing and payment procedures accurately

Requirements:

Female candidates only (as per role-specific requirement)
Prior experience in a front office role, preferably in luxury hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
Presentable with a customer-first attitude
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
