We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and professional Female Front Office Associate to join our 5-star resort team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in/check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Respond to guest queries and provide accurate resort information
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation
• Handle billing and payment procedures accurately

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role-specific requirement)
• Prior experience in a front office role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
• Presentable with a customer-first attitude
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
