Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate, located in Rishikesh. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling check-in processes, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, managing phone calls with professionalism, and ensuring smooth communication to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and Check-in processes
Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Prior experience in a front office or hospitality role is beneficial
