About Us

Le Cliff Hair Studio, after its successful presence in Dubai and Sharjah, is now debuting in India! We specialize in premium hair care, non-surgical hair fixing, and beauty services. We are looking for a warm, organized, and dynamic Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our studio and deliver an exceptional first impression to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a welcoming smile and ensure a positive experience.
• Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
• Manage phone calls, messages, and email inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain client records and assist in follow-ups.
• Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in administrative tasks and studio coordination as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-first attitude.
• Prior experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality front office is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,598.67 - ₹21,560.79 per month
