Front Office Assistant/Consultant

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of non-surgical hair replacement systems, client consultation, convinsing skills and the ability to deliver personalized hair restoration solutions with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries with professionalism and confidence.

Coordinate with technicians for smooth procedure execution.

Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Support business development through client follow-ups and referrals.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair Fixing or salon management.

Excellent communication and consultation skills.

Basic knowledge in hair systems, base types, and maintenance methods.

Ability to handle high-end clientele with professionalism.
