Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, social media, walk-ins, referrals, etc.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Promote Le Cliff’s services and educate clients about hair fixing and restoration options
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve client experience
• Track leads, prepare reports, and provide insights on business performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an advantage)
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and professional attitude
