Position: Guest Service Associate – Reception (Sr. GSA) Location: La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar, Rajasthan Industry: Hospitality / Front Office Experience Required: 2–4 years in front office or guest handling roles Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: La Nature Hotels & Resorts is looking for a well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused Senior Guest Service Associate (Reception) to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the resort, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to all guests. Key Responsibilities: Handle guest arrivals, departures, and reservation processes efficiently Provide accurate information about rooms, services, and local attractions Address guest requests, feedback, and complaints with a courteous attitude Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless service Maintain records, billing, and daily reports as per SOP Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field 2–4 years of experience in front office or guest relations Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred Pleasing personality, confident demeanor, and problem-solving mindset Why Join La Nature?
