Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in our New Delhi hotel. The Front Office Assistant will manage reception operations, handle guest inquiries, provide assistance with appointment scheduling, and maintain a welcoming and professional front-desk experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
Professional Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Appointment Scheduling
Proven Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support daily operational tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles with Opera knowledge is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
