As the Front Office and Concierge Manager, your primary focus will be on achieving various indicators of success such as financial goals (GOP, RevPar, RSI, and Department Budget), customer satisfaction & loyalty targets, and employee engagement survey results. Your responsibilities will include participating in the development and implementation of strategies to support the hotel's overall goals. During your shifts, you will be responsible for managing the front office and related areas, ensuring a seamless operation. This includes supervising the door, concierge, and front office areas to create a positive first impression for guests. You will also play a key role in developing processes and procedures to enhance service quality and financial performance. Additionally, you will be involved in budget preparation, monitoring budget achievement, and analyzing reports to support decision-making processes. Collaboration with other departments such as sales, catering, and housekeeping will be essential to coordinate hotel housing activities effectively. A crucial aspect of your role will be providing exceptional guest service by greeting VIPs, resolving guest concerns promptly, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through the "Yes I Can!" experience. You will also be responsible for orienting and training department employees, assigning work, providing feedback, and managing Human Resources functions within the Front Office Department. Your leadership skills and motivation techniques will be instrumental in maximizing employee productivity and satisfaction. Adherence to hotel policies and procedures, as well as the ability to manage emergencies and address guest and employee issues effectively, are essential requirements for this role. Overall, your goal will be to uphold the service brand behavior of genuine hospitality, exceed guest expectations, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently. Your proficiency in Opera software will be a key skill required to excel in this position.,
