Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Kerala, India. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing appointments, providing administrative support, and performing clerical tasks. Daily activities include phone communication, maintaining records, and coordinating with other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance

Excellent communication and customer service skills
