Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, data handling, and operational support as a Back Office Administrator. This role necessitates exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and efficient coordination with multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update company databases, records, and files. - Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. - Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. - Handle email correspondence and document management. - Assist in compliance, audits, and maintaining statutory records. - Support HR and finance teams with data entry and documentation. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and effective time management.
