Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Front Office Receptionist, based in Udaipur. The role involves performing receptionist duties such as welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent etiquette. The Front Office Receptionist is also responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to visitors while maintaining an organized and efficient reception area.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Experience in Front Office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to manage visitor interactions effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational and time-management skills are highly valued
• Ability to handle multitasking and work in a professional office setting
• Prior experience in similar roles, especially in facility management or hospitality sectors, is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software
