Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.Answer and direct phone calls professionally.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.Visitor Coordination:Maintain a log of visitors and appointments.Ensure visitors follow sign-in/sign-out protocols and security procedures.Communication Handling:Manage front office email correspondence.Relay messages promptly to appropriate personnel.Front Desk Organization:Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.Ensure reception supplies are stocked.Administrative Responsibilities:Office Management:Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.Coordinate with vendors for procurement and services.Record Keeping:Maintain staff attendance records or support the Housekeeping staff in record maintenance.Organize and file company documents physically and digitally.Meeting & Travel Coordination:Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.Book travel and accommodation for staff as required.Support to Management:Provide administrative assistance to senior staff (data entry, document prep, etc.).Help with company events, internal communication, and logistics.Facility Support:Coordinate with facility and maintenance teams to resolve workplace issues.Support in organizing office upkeep and repairs.
