Role & responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Management Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience. Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with security. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Handle courier services (inward/outward) and manage delivery records. Office Administration Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas. Monitor office supplies and place orders as required. Coordinate with facility management vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance. Support meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared with required amenities. Employee Support Assist with onboarding coordination for new employees (ID cards, desk readiness, welcome kits). Help organize internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities. Provide general administrative support to HR, Admin, and Leadership teams as needed. Document & Record Management Maintain updated contact lists, vendor information, and administrative records. Manage filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred. 1–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or receptionist roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pleasant, professional demeanor and customer-service mindset. Preferred candidate profile Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and professionalism.
