This role is responsible for supervising the FOH team, managing daily operations, handling guest relations, and ensuring service standards are maintained at all times. Key Requirements: 1. Language & Communication Fluent in English and Hindi Well-spoken and presentable for front-of-house customer interaction 2. Experience & Skills Prior QSR / café / food service experience preferred Basic barista skills (e.g., coffee brewing, drink preparation) Ability to operate POS and billing systems like Posist or PetPooja Should be comfortable handling customer queries, billing, and daily operations 3. Personality & Work Ethic Reliable, responsible, and punctual Should have a customer-first attitude Basic team management or shift-handling experience is a plus. Job Role & Responsibilities: Assist in daily store operations, customer service, and team coordination Manage and operate the billing system smoothly Support the kitchen and service staff during peak hours Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and functioning smoothly Assist in inventory checks and simple reporting tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: QSR: 3 years (Required) total work: 4 years (Required) Language: Fluent English and Hindi (Required) Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
