Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. Your work will directly impact the user experience and engagement of thousands of couples and vendors who rely on Shaadidukaan.com.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and user needs to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product design.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement design solutions.

• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless user experience.

• Create responsive designs that work across different devices and screen sizes.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design projects.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • HTML5, CSS3

  • CSS preprocessing platforms like SASS/SCSS

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
