Job Opening: Front-End Developer (Next.js | 2–4 Years Experience) Location: Greenpark, New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 5-6 LPA About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer (2–4 years) with a strong background in Next.js to join our development team. You’ll play a critical role in building and enhancing user-facing features for high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop dynamic and responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) for optimized performance Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern JavaScript best practices Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve overall application performance and reliability Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.js Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Experience with SSR, SSG, and API integration (REST/GraphQL) Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO principles Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks is a plus Exposure to TypeScript is an added advantage Good to Have: Experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Sanity, Contentful, Strapi) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps concepts Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Experience: Front-end developer: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
