Critical Skills to Possess: Must-Have Skills: Angular, Ag-Grid (or similar tool) Good-to-Have Skills: .NET and backend knowledge Advanced Front-End Architecture: Build modern, maintainable Angular 16+ applications using features such as standalone components, signals, and typed reactive forms. Leverage improved server-side rendering and hydration support. Exposure to Aggrid or similar tool Micro Frontend Architecture: Implement scalable UI solutions using micro frontend techniques like Module Federation and Web Components to enable independently deployable application modules. Preferred Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience Roles and Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: State Management & Reactive Programming: Utilize RxJS for reactive programming and implement state management with NgRx or SignalStore, ensuring unidirectional data flow and maintainability. Performance Optimization: Apply best practices including lazy loading, OnPush change detection, route preloading, and code splitting. Continuously audit performance using tools like Lighthouse and Angular DevTools. Security Best Practices: Implement frontend security measures such as XSS/CSRF prevention, input sanitization, route protection, and role-based access control. Testing & Quality Assurance: Write reliable unit and integration tests using Jasmine, Karma, or Jest. Adhere to TDD/BDD practices and ensure build quality with automated CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. DevOps & Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize Angular applications and automate deployment using Docker, Helm, and Azure pipelines for seamless delivery. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend engineers, and product owners. Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and uphold development standards across the team. Comfortable working with source code repositories Excellent written and verbal communication skills
