Soukhya.Health is a bootstrapped, mission-driven healthcare startup dedicated to revolutionizing elder care in India. We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer to build the digital face of our company as part of our founding team.

Role Overview

As a Frontend Developer, you will be the cornerstone of our product development—responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining all UI elements of our website and applications. This role offers not just a job, but an opportunity to become a technical partner and founding member, helping shape the future of healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features using JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI with Bootstrap
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet company quality standards
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize applications
• Demonstrate time management, punctuality, proactiveness, and technical hygiene

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in frontend development with PHP Laravel (Freshers not applicable)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Appetite to work in a healthcare startup and take on challenges
• Commitment to quality of work, meeting deadlines, proactive execution, and clean code practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

• Passion for coding and healthcare technology
• A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing previous projects
• Candidates should be prepared to discuss their projects and results orally during the interview (no written case study required)
