The Centre for Advanced Practical Project Management (CAPPM) specializes in consulting, implementation services, PPM product reselling, training, and support. CAPPM also offers professional services including schedule analysis, project planning, team selection, onboarding, and post-implementation support. Located in Chennai, we emphasize business agility transformation and provide comprehensive solutions to enhance operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End (React):

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, reusable components.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.


Back-End (Node.js):

  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
  • Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, and NoSQL.
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
  • Personal or academic projects showcasing React or Node.js skills.



Requirements

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha.
  • Basic understanding of Git and version control practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Must have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.


Front-end:

  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with Redux & Context API.
  • Experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, Vite, and npm/yarn.
  • Experience with Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.


Back-end:

  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Experience with Express.js or Fastify.
  • Exposure to NestJS / PHP.
