We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage daily front office operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensure the smooth flow of administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
  • Answer and direct multi-line phone systems efficiently, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized reception area, including filing systems and office supplies inventory
  • Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software, and assist with basic administrative duties
  • Provide general clerical support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when needed

Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong clerical experience encompassing data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus for supporting financial tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; relevant office experience is essential
