**Role Overview:** You will be working as a full-time Front Desk Staff at TRINS Group of Institutions in Trivandrum. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, managing receptionist tasks, and delivering top-notch customer service. In addition, you will be in charge of overseeing the front desk, handling administrative duties, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the reception area. **Key Responsibilities:** - Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries - Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately - Managing receptionist tasks efficiently - Providing excellent customer service - Overseeing the front desk operations - Handling administrative duties - Maintaining records accurately - Ensuring the smooth functioning of the reception area **Qualifications Required:** - Strong skills in phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, and communication - Good computer literacy - Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities - Effective multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous Please note that a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
