Front Desk Receptionist

(Female Only)We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Admin cum Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and have excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada. Front Desk Management: *Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. *Assist visitors in filling out the required forms. *Maintain a daily visitor log and share updates with the management. Administrative Duties: *Manage student batches, attendance records, and provide support to students when required. *Supervise and ensure that housekeeping staff complete their duties on time. *Coordinate with vendors for office requirements (laptops, AC maintenance, WiFi, etc.). General Support: *Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism. *Ensure the reception area is presentable and organized at all times. *Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, as required. Requirements: *Communication: Good command of English and Kannada/telugu, both spoken. *Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and professional. *Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain active throughout the day. *Organized: Maintain logs and records efficiently. *Problem-solving: Actively resolve any issues related to vendors, office facilities, or visitor queries. *Basic MS word and Excel Desired Qualities: *Friendly and approachable. *Strong attention to detail.
