Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, collect reports, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist the

    media & marketing team

    with daily tasks (social media updates, event coordination, promotions, etc.).
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and maintain a positive office environment.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of social media & marketing tasks will be an added advantage.
