Front Desk Receptionist

ScienceGenic, a trusted educational institute in Amritsar, is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has basic computer skills, and can create a positive first impression for our visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Perform typing, data entry, and maintain records using basic computer tools Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times Assist in coordinating appointments and managing schedules Maintain proper grooming and present a positive image as the face of our institution Communicate effectively with clients and provide necessary information Support administrative tasks and other front office responsibilities as required Work Hours : 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Compensation : Rs. 8,680 – Rs. 12,000 per month (based on skills and performance) Who Should Apply?
