As an Experienced Front Desk Receptionist at Hotel The Raghavas in Ayodhya, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcome and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. - Manage guest inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally. - Utilize channel manager and OTA platforms to oversee bookings and reservations. - Ensure accuracy of guest information and reservation details. - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare for guest arrivals. - Assist in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns to enhance visibility and attract guests. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and strategies. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly. - Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. - Provide exceptional service to enhance guest experience, addressing any issues that arise. - Offer information on local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities. - Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving guest services. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of channel management and OTA platforms. - Knowledge of social media marketing and advertisement campaigning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
