Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Handling

  • Greet patients and visitors professionally and courteously
  • Handle walk-in and scheduled appointments
  • Guide patients to doctors, diagnostics, or services
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments using DocNetz system
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and management
  • Inform patients about waiting time and availability

Billing & Payments

  • Generate invoices and receipts
  • Collect consultation and diagnostic payments (cash/UPI/card)
  • Maintain daily payment and billing records

Records & Documentation

  • Create and maintain patient profiles
  • Ensure accuracy of patient details and documents
  • Assist with reports distribution and follow-ups

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with lab technicians, doctors, and admin team
  • Assist in patient flow management
  • Support corporate health check-up scheduling if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • 1–3 years experience as receptionist (healthcare preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, web apps)
  • Comfortable using digital healthcare platforms
  • Good communication skills in English + Kannada / Hindi
  • Polite, patient-friendly, and well-groomed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
