Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage walk-ins, reservations, and waiting lists
  • Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and basic customer requests
  • Coordinate with service and management teams to ensure smooth guest seating
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
  • Manage guest flow during peak hours to minimize wait times
  • Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues to management when required
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist with special requests, events, or promotions as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0.5–1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (hospitality preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation or POS systems (preferred)
  • Must be of legal working age

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.56 per month
