• 1–2 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Admin / Customer Service roles (Real Estate preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers with a professional demeanor
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits
• Maintain front office records, visitor logs, and basic administrative tasks
• Provide support to the sales and operations team as required
