Front Desk Receptionist

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Front Office Staff to be the first point of contact for our students and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, manage inquiries, maintain records, and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with a positive attitude
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
• Maintain front office records, registers, and schedules
• Provide information about courses, programs, and services
• Support daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate with faculty and management when required
• Ensure the reception area is neat, organised, and welcoming

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in front office, customer service, or administration (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
