Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: SindhuBhavan Road

About the Role:

We are looking for a well-spoken and presentable Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and performing basic data entry and Excel work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain company databases.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and printing.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required.
  • Assist HR or Admin with day-to-day office coordination work.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable appearance with a polite and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a graduate is preferred.
