Job Overview:

BBETTER is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator for our Kukatpally clinic. This role is the "face" and "voice" of our clinic. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to patients, managing clinic operations, and driving growth by converting leads into successful consultations and treatments.

Role & responsibilities:

Proactively call incoming leads to explain our services and convert them into clinic appointments.
Follow up with potential clients who have inquired about treatments.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for appointment bookings.
Act as the bridge between patients and doctors to ensure smooth scheduling and minimal wait times.
Take full ownership of the front desk, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle billing, registration, and patient data entry with high accuracy.
Monitor and manage the medicine stock cycle.

Preferred candidate profile:

Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (both speaking and writing).
Friendly and professional personality; easy to talk to in person and over the phone.
Proactive at booking appointments and comfortable making outbound calls to follow up with leads.
Reliable and independent; able to manage clinic tasks without constant supervision.
Computer literate, specifically with MS Excel for inventory and clinic software.
