Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, including site monitoring and data management.
Develop and implement effective clinical trial protocols and case report forms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, programmers, and medical writers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage and analyze clinical trial data, including adverse event reporting and quality control.
Provide training and support to study staff, including investigators and site personnel.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
