Responsibilities:
Managing phone system, including national and international calls
Drafting official emails, scanning documents, operate xerox machine
Conducting regular canteen inspection, resolving issues, ensuring
cleanliness
Editing daily quotes/ birthday templates with photos/ welcome
greetings for visitors and auditors
Supporting employment team with event planning, office decoration,
etc.
Preparing work orders for proceeding payments/ bill entries/ keeping
records of all inward & outward courier
Scheduling meeting for management
Arrangements for international visitor’s hotel booking, ordering food,
etc.
Drafting HO mails as and when required
Resolving all communication related queries
Follow-up for transport material/ distribution of IOC/ maintain record of
FAC etc.
