Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer based in Jaipur. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and managing office administrative tasks. The role includes welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service to engage professionally with visitors and clients
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and handling Office Equipment
• Strong skills in Office Administration to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
