Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at Urban Plus Infrabuild, located in Gurugram. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, attending to receptionist duties, managing reservations, and providing superior customer service. Daily tasks include greeting clients, managing front desk operations, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Receptionist Duties and Reservations management experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Prior experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
