Job Description

Designation : Front Desk Executive/Manager

Job Locations - 02 Positions

Location 1 - Rise Resort Residences.

Location 2

Working Days / Hours:

06 Days working

Saturday-Sunday (Working)

Weekly off can be availed between Monday-Friday

10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for walk-ins and client meetings.
Maintain the front office area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, scanning, copying).
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/deliveries.
Maintain and update contact databases and lead tracking systems.
Assist with basic data entry related to client records and property listings.
Support event coordination and client meetings held at the office.
Ensure availability of brochures, flyers, and promotional materials at the reception.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream
2+ years of experience in front office or customer service (preferably in real estate or hospitality)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
