Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Executive will manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the team in administrative tasks. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and communication abilities to interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing calls and welcoming visitors.
• Customer service skills to address client needs and maintain a positive client experience.
• Proficiency in basic office management tools and administrative tasks is preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
