Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain guest records and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy, welcoming, and efficiently managed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office or hotel operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
