Job Description

As an Admin (Front Desk & Operations) you will

Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Assist with day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth office functioning.
Support procurement of office supplies and equipment, keeping track of inventory.
Assist in city travel for office-related errands, vendor coordination, and other operational.
Support management in ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned.

As an Admin (Front Desk & Operations) you must have -

Freshers or up to 1-2 years of experience in administration, office operations, or front desk roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with traveling around the city for office errands and vendor coordination.
Clear understanding that this role is strictly administrative/front-desk and operational in nature, with no HR responsibilities.
