Job Overview Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive for our Worli location. This full-time, mid-level position requires excellent customer service skills to manage front desk operations efficiently. The role involves direct interaction with visitors and managing daily administrative functions, playing a crucial part in our school's operational excellence. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in front desk operations, showcasing effective management of reception area and visitor interactions. Demonstrated proficiency in visitor management to ensure seamless guest experience and security protocols are maintained. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and faculty. Strong telephone etiquette to manage and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Ability to handle office administration tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ordering supplies. Experience in managing admission inquiries, providing accurate information and support to prospective students and parents. Front desk operations (Mandatory skill) to ensure smooth and professional day-to-day functioning of the reception area. Customer service oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Roles and Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the school. Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments. Maintain the security and telecommunications system by following visitor management procedures. Assist in administrative duties such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining visitor logs. Provide support during the admissions process by handling inquiries and guiding prospective students and parents. Coordinate with staff and external entities to manage events and appointments hosted by the school. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
