Job Description

As a Front Desk Executive at Podar International School, Ambegaon, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact, managing front office operations and ensuring seamless communication between visitors, parents, staff, and management. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous manner. - Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence effectively. - Maintain visitor records, issue passes, and provide accurate information regarding school procedures. - Coordinate with various departments for timely communication and support. - Assist parents in the admission process and ensure all necessary documentation is collected. - Keep front office records, stationery, and files organized. - Support administrative tasks assigned by the Principal/Admin Head. - Handle daily attendance records and student late arrivals. - Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming front office environment. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum Graduate in any stream. - 2 years of experience in front office or customer service roles, preferably in a school/educational setup. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written). - Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer operations. - Polite, presentable, and professional attitude. In addition, the preferred skills for this role include strong communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, time management, confidentiality, discretion, conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities.,
