Front Desk Executive

As a Front Desk Executive - Receptionist at our Hospital, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, scanning patient information into EMR, issuing specimen collection containers, answering patient inquiries, and providing necessary assistance. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing super bills and specimen labels, scheduling appointments using our Hospital software, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, scheduling abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and proficient English communication. Your role will require you to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and provide accurate information and directions as needed.
