Job Description

You will be responsible for managing daily operations of the department, assisting Billing HOD in assessing accuracy of reports, and implementing policies and protocols. Your tasks will also include bill preparation, auditing patient bill records, attending queries from internal and external service departments, preparing daily MIS and outstanding reports, and addressing customer queries related to bill generation. Additionally, you will ensure minimal outstanding balances for patients through follow-ups and feedback. You will also manage cashless processes and communicate with relevant companies. The interview will be conducted in a walk-in format at Olympus Hospital, Vidyanagar main road, Rajkot- 360001, between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
