Job Description

The Front Desk Executive will act as the first point of contact for members, clients, visitors, and partners across the organization’s workspace. This role is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front office operations, effective coordination with internal teams, and a consistently high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, emails, inquiries, visitor logs, access control, couriers, and general reception duties.
  • Coordinate with facility, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and smooth day-to-day operations of common areas, meeting rooms, and reception spaces.
  • Support onboarding of new members or clients, manage meeting room and space bookings, assist with events, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues or feedback.
  • Maintain continuous communication with internal teams for operational updates and reporting.
  • Conduct follow-ups with brokers, channel partners, and prospective clients through calls and emails; assist with site visits and space tours.
  • Maintain records, perform data entry, and support routine administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline with prior experience in front office, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or managed workspace environments preferred; experience in handling clients, visitors, and multiple stakeholders is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with members, visitors, brokers, vendors, and internal teams; must demonstrate a professional, approachable, and service-oriented mindset at all times.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail; capable of managing front desk operations, administrative tasks, and follow-ups simultaneously without compromising service quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools for data entry, reporting, scheduling, and communication; familiarity with CRM systems, workspace management software, or booking and scheduling platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and proactively in a fast-paced, people-centric environment while handling pressure, resolving issues tactfully, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
